- Facial Credit Rollover and Expiration: To ensure you make the most of your membership, facial credits roll over if not used in the month earned. Credits remain valid for 24 months, even after membership cancellation.

- General Spa Policy: Our standard no-show/no-call, late-show and cancellation policies apply to all membership appointments. Lujo charges a 50% no-show/no-call fee that is based on the value of your scheduled service.
